Culinary Supply

The catering for the guests of the Kaiserin Friedrich-Haus is in the hands of master chef Armin Ballhausen and his staff. He is responsible for the catering of the employees working in the house in the canteen, which has 45 seats and is open from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 14.30 hours. In sunshine and warm temperatures, the unroofed inner courtyard with around 20 seats can also be used for catering.

Armin Ballhausen and his staff are responsible for the catering of all events, receptions and other festivities, including refreshments during breaks, lunches, buffets and banquets.
