Event Management
Every year, about 270 events take place in the Kaiserin Friedrich-Haus. We recommend early room reservation.
In addition to providing event rooms in the Kaiserin Friedrich-Haus, we also offer the following organisational services:
- Provision of personnel and technology
- Establishment of a schedule
- Preparation of a financing plan
- Management of a congress account
- Collection of conference fees
- Applications for certification of events
- Registration of participants
- Support of and correspondence with companies, speakers and participants before, during and after the event
- Organisation of the gastronomic supply exclusively through our canteen
