Event Management

Every year, about 270 events take place in the Kaiserin Friedrich-Haus. We recommend early room reservation.

In addition to providing event rooms in the Kaiserin Friedrich-Haus, we also offer the following organisational services:

  • Provision of personnel and technology
  • Establishment of a schedule
  • Preparation of a financing plan
  • Management of a congress account
  • Collection of conference fees
  • Applications for certification of events
  • Registration of participants
  • Support of and correspondence with companies, speakers and participants before, during and after the event
  • Organisation of the gastronomic supply exclusively through our canteen
